- 2 cup Brown Rice You can substitute with white rice
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Sliced Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
Cook Rice: Prepare the brown rice according to package instructions using the rice cooker.
Cook Chicken: Season chicken breasts and cook it in a heated frying pan until it's no longer pink in the middle. Remove from the pan and shred the chicken.
Mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
Assemble: Layer the cooked rice, buffalo chicken, shredded lettuce, and sliced green onions in a bowl. Drizzle with ranch dressing on top.
