Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs Turkey breast
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker.
  • Pour the chicken broth around the turkey in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or until the turkey is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
  • Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the shredded turkey to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the cooking juices.
  • Serve the pulled turkey on buns, in tacos, over salads, or as desired.
