Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker.
Pour the chicken broth around the turkey in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or until the turkey is tender and shreds easily with a fork.
Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return the shredded turkey to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the cooking juices.
Serve the pulled turkey on buns, in tacos, over salads, or as desired.
