Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying

Instructions

  • Prepare: Season chicken breasts and place in slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken.
  • Cook: Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is easily shredded.
  • Shred: Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  • Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan, add corn and cook until golden.
  • Serve: Place shredded chicken in a bowl, top with fried corn and extra BBQ sauce if desired.
