1 Slow Cooker
1 frying pan
1 Mixing bowl
- 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Sweet corn
- 1 tbsp Olive oil For frying
Prepare: Season chicken breasts and place in slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken.
Cook: Slow cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is easily shredded.
Shred: Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan, add corn and cook until golden.
Serve: Place shredded chicken in a bowl, top with fried corn and extra BBQ sauce if desired.
