Instructions

  • Prep Ingredients: Gather and measure all ingredients as listed. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Mix Batter: In the mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and beaten egg. Stir until just combined; the batter should be slightly lumpy.

  • Prepare Sausages: Cut each pre-cooked breakfast sausage into halves and set aside.

  • Assemble Bites: Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil. Pour a small amount of batter onto the tray, place a sausage half on top, then cover with more batter to form a bite-sized morsel.

  • Bake: For Sausage - Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. For Pancakes - Place on hot griddle and cook for 2 minutes and flip until the pancake bites are golden brown and cooked through.
