Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Red Wine Optional
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 servings Mixed Vegetables (E.g., Potatoes, Carrots, Peas)
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Brown Meat: Heat up olive oil in a pot and brown the pork shoulder cubes on all sides.
