Prep: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the baking dish.
Season: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, pesto sauce, and salt. Rub the mixture generously over the chicken breasts.
Arrange: Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the sliced olives on top.
Bake: Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
Serve: Remove from oven, garnish with leftover sliced olives and serve hot with a side salad if preferred.
