Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seeds lightly toasted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon cut into slices
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preparation: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread olive oil on pork tenderloin.
  • Seasoning: Season the meat with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and caraway seeds.
  • Baking: Lay lemon slices in a baking dish and place the seasoned tenderloin on top. Bake for about 45 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Rest and Serve: Allow meat to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sidedish.
