- 2 cups rolled oats use gluten-free if required
- 1 cup pistachios shelled and chopped
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
Combine: In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and honey.
Layer: Layer about one quarter of the oat mixture into a serving pot, followed by a layer of Greek yogurt. Repeat until all materials are used.
Serve: Serve the Mediterranean Pistachio Muesli Pots with Pomegranate immediately, or refrigerate for up to one week.
