Prep: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rip the tomatoes in half and shred the mozzarella.
Arrange: Put the cod fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Scatter the tomatoes and garlic around the cod.
