Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breasts cut into stripes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pc cucumber, diced
  • 1 pc lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp dill, minced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare Tzatziki: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Cook Chicken: In a grill pan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic until fragrant, add the chicken stripes, season them with salt and pepper, grill until cooked.
  • Serve: Put the grilled chicken in the bowl, add your desired amount of tzatziki sauce. Garnish with dill. Serve the bowl warm.
