Ingredients

  • 4 pc eggs
  • 1 pc zucchini medium-sized, grated
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare: Crack the eggs in a bowl and whisk them. Grate the zucchini and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Cook Zucchini: Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the grated zucchini. Cook until tender.
