Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 handful Cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 handful Almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • Prepare Oatmeal: In a pot, combine the rolled oats, water, and almond milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Add Vanilla Extract: Add the vanilla extract to the oatmeal for additional flavor, this step is optional.
  • Top with fruits and nuts: Once the oatmeal is ready, divide it into two bowls. Top each bowl with a handful of chopped almonds and cherry halves.
