  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Jalapeño finely chopped, optional for extra heat

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and measure them according to the list.
  • Blend Mango: In a blender, puree the diced 1 Mango until smooth.
  • Mix Sauce: In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, 1 tbsp Chipotle peppers, 1/2 cup Pineapple juice, 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup Brown sugar, 2 tbsp Tomato paste, minced 2 cloves Garlic, and 1 tsp Salt.
  • Cook: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Simmer: Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until it thickens.
  • Optional Heat: Add chopped 1 Jalapeño to the saucepan if using, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
