  • 1.5 lbs Flank steak thinly sliced against the grain
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup Erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare ingredients: Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain and mince the garlic.
  • Heat oil: Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook steak: Add the sliced steak to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides.
  • Add flavors: Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Simmer sauce: Add soy sauce, water, and erythritol to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.
