  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free option
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

  • Cook Beef: Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
