- 500 g Chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Bell peppers cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup Onions cut into 1 inch pieces
Prep Vegetables: Wash and cut the bell peppers and onions into 1 inch pieces.
Marinate Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
Assemble Kabobs: Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions alternately onto the skewers.
Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill Kabobs: Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are slightly charred.
