Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place the pizza stone or baking sheet inside to warm up.
  • Prepare Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder. Add the beaten eggs and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll Dough: Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake Crust: Remove the hot pizza stone or baking sheet from the oven. Transfer the dough (on the parchment) to the hot surface. Bake for 8 minutes, until it starts to turn golden.
  • Add Toppings: Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Spread the mixture over the pre-baked crust. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
  • Bake Pizza: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Serve: Garnish the pizza with chopped green onions before serving.
