Add Toppings: Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Spread the mixture over the pre-baked crust. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
Bake Pizza: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Serve: Garnish the pizza with chopped green onions before serving.
