Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder ensure it's aluminum-free for a crispier skin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce use a keto-friendly brand to keep it low-carb
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional, check for sugar content
  • 1 tsp Paprika for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped – 2 tablespoons (for garnishing)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
  • While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove from heat.
  • Once the wings are done, place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  • Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot.
