Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
While the wings are baking, prepare the Buffalo sauce. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Remove from heat.
Once the wings are done, place them in a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot.
