Add Zucchini: Stir in the grated zucchini
Bake: Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake for about one hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean
Prepare Glaze: While the bread is cooling, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar to make the glaze
Apply Glaze: Once the bread is completely cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top. Serve and enjoy!
