Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 g garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside.
  • Cooking: In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the mushrooms and cook until browned.
  • Mixing: Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms. Stir well, then pour the beaten eggs over the mushroom mixture.
  • Baking: Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
