Preheat: Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C). Prepare your muffin tray by lightly greasing or lining with muffin cups.
Combine: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
Add: Add to the dry ingredients mixture, milk, beaten egg, sundried tomatoes and minced basil. Stir until just combined.
Bake: Pour the muffin mixture into the prepared muffin tray. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
