Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Stir in the taco seasoning and black beans, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until well combined.
Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Evenly distribute the beef and bean mixture over the chips.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and add jalapeños.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo, diced avocado, and dollops of Greek yogurt.
