Ingredients

  • 4 whole bell peppers tops cut off and seeded
  • 200 grams cooked ham diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Prep Peppers: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds. Lightly oil the outside of each pepper with olive oil.

  • Mix Fillings: In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
