- 4 whole bell peppers tops cut off and seeded
- 200 grams cooked ham diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Prep Peppers: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds. Lightly oil the outside of each pepper with olive oil.
Mix Fillings: In a mixing bowl, combine diced ham, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stuff Peppers: Spoon the ham and cheese mixture evenly into each prepared bell pepper.
Bake: Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serve: Remove the peppers from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
