Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg Large
  • 1/4 Cup Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with 1 Tablespoon Olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 Pound Ground Chicken, 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, 1/4 Cup Onion, 2 Cloves Garlic, 1 Teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are golden and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat the 1 Cup BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
  • Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the warm BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  • Serve hot as an appetizer or along with your favorite sides as a main dish.
