Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with 1 Tablespoon Olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 Pound Ground Chicken, 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, 1/4 Cup Onion, 2 Cloves Garlic, 1 Teaspoon Salt, and 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are golden and cooked through.
While the meatballs are baking, heat the 1 Cup BBQ sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the warm BBQ sauce until fully coated.
Serve hot as an appetizer or along with your favorite sides as a main dish.
