Prep the Riblets: Rinse the 2 lbs Pork Riblets and pat dry with paper towels.
Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, minced 3 cloves Garlic, grated 1 tbsp Ginger, 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, and 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes.
Marinate: Place the riblets in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all riblets are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Arrange Riblets: Arrange the marinated riblets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, turning once halfway through cooking.
Baste: Baste the riblets with additional marinade left in the bowl every 20 minutes during baking.
Garnish: Once cooked and golden, sprinkle 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds and chopped 2 Green Onions over the riblets.
