Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Riblets
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Green Onions chopped

Instructions

  • Prep the Riblets: Rinse the 2 lbs Pork Riblets and pat dry with paper towels.

  • Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, minced 3 cloves Garlic, grated 1 tbsp Ginger, 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, and 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes.
    Make the Marinade
  • Marinate: Place the riblets in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all riblets are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Arrange Riblets: Arrange the marinated riblets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
